This policy explains what personal data Gola Services collects when you use this website, create an account or submit a PC build request or quote, why we collect it, who receives it, and how you can control it.
Gola Services SUARL (tax ID 1479457S), R-11, 61 Rue Ibn Mandhour, Cité Ennozha, 2080 Ariana, Tunisia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
We process personal data in accordance with Tunisian law, in particular organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, and with any law that replaces it.
Your account: first and last name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), date of birth, mobile and home phone numbers, delivery addresses, preferred language, an optional profile picture and, if you order as a business, the company name, address, phone, email and tax ID (MF).
Build requests and quotes: your name, email and phone number, the parts and configuration you chose, any notes you add and, if you order as a business, the company details above.
Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages requested, recorded by our servers for security and to keep the site working.
To process your build requests and quotes and to manage your account and order history (performance of our contract with you); to respond to your questions; to issue invoices and keep the accounting records the law requires (legal obligation); and to keep the site secure and prevent abuse and fraud (our legitimate interest).
We do not take decisions about you by purely automated means, we do not sell your data, and this site is not aimed at children.
We keep your account until you close it. Invoices and other accounting records are kept for the period the law requires (currently ten years). Build requests and quotes are kept as long as needed to carry out the work, to honour any warranty and to answer your questions. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Service providers that host the site and deliver our emails, who process data only for us and on our instructions.
Cloudflare, which runs the anti-bot check (Turnstile) on the sign-in, registration and password-reset forms and receives your IP address and browser signals for that purpose.
Google, whose map is shown on the contact page and receives your IP address when it loads.
Public authorities, where the law requires us to disclose data.
Cloudflare and Google are based outside Tunisia, so the data they receive is processed abroad. We send them only what is needed for the service described.
We use a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account; the site cannot work for signed-in visitors without it. Your language choice and your light or dark theme are remembered in your browser and are not sent to us for any other purpose.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have your account and data deleted where the law allows, and you may object, on legitimate grounds, to its use. Write to us from the email address of your account; we may ask you to prove your identity and we answer without undue delay.
Data that we must keep by law, such as invoices, cannot be deleted before the legal period ends. You may also complain to the national authority for the protection of personal data (INPDP).
We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, anti-bot protection on sensitive forms and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
We may update this policy, for example when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
