These terms apply when you use this website or submit a PC build request or quote to Gola Services. By using the site you accept them.
This website is operated by Gola Services SUARL (“Gola Services”, “we”), tax ID (MF) 1479457S, R-11, 61 Rue Ibn Mandhour, Cité Ennozha, 2080 Ariana, Tunisia.
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or its data, or collect its content by automated means. We may suspend or remove an account in case of abuse or fraud.
A build request or quote is a request for pricing and availability, not an order. Prices, parts and availability can change, and a quote is valid only for the period stated in it. A contract is formed only when we confirm the final price and details to you in writing and, where the quote requires it, you accept them. No work starts and no payment is taken before that.
Prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND); the quote states whether VAT is included. Payment terms are the ones stated in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, businesses may be invoiced with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date, and amounts not paid when due bear late-payment interest at the legal rate.
Products remain our property until paid in full, to the extent the law allows.
If you create an account, you keep your login details confidential, you are responsible for what is done with your account, and you must give us accurate information. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.
Products carry the warranty of their manufacturer or supplier, and builds carry the warranty terms described to you when you buy. Warranty claims go through us; we handle them with the supplier and seek the maximum cover available. Nothing in these terms reduces a warranty you have been given separately.
Software problems are covered only on computers bought from us on which we installed and configured the operating system. Reformatting or resetting the operating system ends this cover, and we give no software warranty on a system we did not set up or optimise.
The rules for products bought through our Select shop (returns within 10 days, delivery, payment) are in that shop’s terms and conditions.
The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Gola Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Gola Services is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for a product or service is limited to the price paid for it. You must back up your data before handing us any device. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. If you have a problem, contact us first so that we can try to settle it together. A dispute that cannot be settled amicably is for the competent Tunisian courts; disputes with a business go to the courts of Ariana, where we have our registered office, and a consumer keeps any right the law gives them to bring the dispute before another competent court.
We may update these terms. The version published on the day you submit a request applies to it, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a provision is invalid, the others remain in force.
